What shift coverage means
Shift coverage is short-term cover when a plant is a person down — annual leave, a sudden absence, a maintenance window that needs staffing, or a peak period the roster cannot quite cover. CIC can provide a controls-literate pair of hands for day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts across Sydney and NSW, subject to availability.
The difference from a generic agency body is capability: cover that is genuinely useful on PLCs, drives, panels and instrumentation, working under your induction, permit and isolation procedures. We are honest up-front — we do not promise 24/7 cover, and we confirm exactly what we can support before the shift starts.
