Where it helps a customer, we can also assist with short-term or project-based technical labour support — for example, shift coverage during leave or peak periods, extra capacity during a planned shutdown, on-site commissioning support, or controls help on a project running tight.

For permanent hiring needs, CIC may also be able to introduce suitable industrial electricians, controls technicians or PLC-capable tradespeople through its industry network with each candidate's consent.
